The flagship. Everything we learned in thirty years is here.

Founder, Divine Group of Schools
For 30 years I have been building schools across India. 5 campuses, 10,000+ students, and one stubborn belief: a child who feels seen will outgrow anything you measure them by.
About Raj
I set out to fix one classroom. The first school came because the fixing kept spilling over into the next room, and then the next building.
Thirty years later there are five campuses and ten thousand students, and the question I ask on every campus visit has not changed. Would I be happy if this were my child's Tuesday?

“Every child walks in believing something about themselves. My job is to make sure the school does not prove them right when that belief is small.”
A school is a thirty year promise. I have never opened one I was not prepared to still be running when the first batch has children of their own.
Marble floors teach nobody. I would rather pay a great teacher properly than add another wing to the campus.
Board results are the easy scoreboard. The real one is who these children become at thirty, and whether they are still curious.

The campuses
Each campus has its own character. None of them compromise on what a child is owed.

The flagship. Everything we learned in thirty years is here.

Where character is the curriculum, not the assembly speech.

Our senior campus, built around independent thinking.

Sport, service and the arts sit alongside academics here.

Where it starts. Play, patience and a very gentle first year.
What I believe
Not posters on a wall. These are what we hire for, what we train for, and what we are willing to be judged on.
Know who the child already is before you try to shape them.
Values and responsibility, taught in the ordinary moments rather than the assembly hall.
Give them work that is genuinely hard, then stay close while they struggle with it.
Confidence grows where a child feels they belong. That comes first, not after.
Hand the decisions over, a little earlier than feels comfortable.
Whether you are choosing a school or building one, here is where to start.
Five schools, different strengths. Tell me about your child and I will point you to the one that fits.
Start here→Academics, sport, art and service in one timetable. Not a curriculum with activities bolted on the side.
See the day→Honest updates, real conversations, and a team that knows your child by name rather than roll number.
Meet the team→I run sessions for educators and parent groups on raising children who can think for themselves.
Let's connect→From our community
“What changed for us was not the marks. It was watching our daughter ask better questions at the dinner table, on her own, without being asked to.”

“We toured five schools before this one. It was the only campus where the children looked like they wanted to be there.”

“Raj still visits classrooms himself. For a group this size, that tells you what gets prioritised.”
